The Farm House

Exclusive use of the six-bedroom house set on an Irish tillage farm, accommodating up to 18 guests. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a six-person dining area, two large bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, and a south wing conservatory where you can relax. All your bed linens are included, from bedsheets to towels and bathrobes. The kitchen has all the essential amenities, such as crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, tea and coffee dispensers, a cocktail-making set, a blender, an afternoon tea set, a dishwasher, an air fryer, and many more standard household items.

We are Pet Friendly

We’re thrilled to welcome your pets to our holiday home! Henry and Rosie, our friendly dogs, love meeting new furry friends at Fitz of Inch. An additional fee applies.

Pet-Friendly Policy:
- Pets must be house-trained, friendly with other pets, under 30kg, and not on Ireland's dangerous animals list.
- Pets must be leashed and accompanied outdoors.
- Owners are liable for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.

The Farm Tenting & The Stables Cottage

The tenting experience brings you right into the heart of nature. The tents are located just beside the entertainment barn. There are three tents, all equipped with electricity, electric blankets, King Koil mattresses, and lighting, accommodating up to 12 guests.

The cottage will open in October 2024 and will replace the tenting. It will accommodate 12 guests in three bedrooms. The cottage will have a small bathroom and a kitchen area with a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, and all the other small cottage essentials.

The Sir Hurt Barn

The three-sided barn is fully equipped with a dining area for 30 guests, adorned with fairy lights in the natural ivy. It features three large 6-ft round tables (tablecloths and flower arrangements included), an unstocked bar area, a smart TV, WiFi, a private cinema/lounge area, a karaoke machine, card and board games, a sound system, and a drinks fridge along with a regular household fridge. The barn also has overhead electric heaters to keep you cozy and warm, along with multicoloured blankets everywhere.

The Dunamase Barn

This barn is the ideal place to welcome and greet your other guests. It features a fabulous fire pit area with railway benches, a table tennis table, a Ninja BBQ area, a covered outdoor spa hot tub surrounded by twinkling fairy lights in the lush green ivy, and seating for 20 guests. Please note that this is not a heated area. This area is also designated for smoking and vaping.

The Gardens & Riverside

The property is set in front of the Stradbally River, known as the Bauteogue. We have a little riverside area that is ideal for relaxing on the fresh grass or enjoying a riverside picnic!

The gardens at the house are managed by the owners and are very well looked after and loved, with quirky features and native Irish plants and trees. The garden has a picnic table area and a smoking gazebo. If you look out from some of the bedroom windows, you will see our frog pond and the Stradbally River, which really lets you know you’re surrounded by nature.

Extra Large Groups

For guests looking to host over 30 guests we have teamed up with Pitched Perfect to provide you with extra accommodation in the form of glamping. 

They work independently of us however we do recommend them. 

They can bring our accommodation capacity up to 60/80 guests.

Welcome to our 17th century countryside farmhouse, the perfect self-catering property for all events and gatherings, from intimate family gatherings and corporate retreats to hen and stag parties, or even a holistic retreat!

Self-Catering Property: What Does It Mean?

It simply means that you are renting the property for your stay. You’ll have use of the house, gardens, two barns, our beautiful gardens, and our tenting/stables cottage.

We will arrange an online check-in for you and provide a private residents’ portal with all the essential information you need for your stay. We will either meet you on arrival or send you self-check-in instructions. Then what? Well, we leave you to enjoy the property and amenities, and we are just a phone call or email away if you need any assistance.

We know you want to make your stay with us as perfect as possible and we have done up a list of questions we get asked frequently by potential guests and residents to make you more informed!

Booking Policies

The booking is a property only rate, no food or actives are included.

We have a Two/Three Nights Minimum Stay on selected dates. 

The policy is called our Flexible 60 days Policy this means that your card will be charged on booking 25% of the overall rate as a non refundable deposit and the remaining 75% is taken 60 days before arrival)

We also take a €300 damages deposit one day before arrival and this will be release on departure once there is no incidentals incurred.
