- All food served is served in a buffet style as a set menu and is self service.

- Please note there is a minimum order of 18 portions on all food options. 

- All starters come with a salad/ breads and mains come with potatoes, wedges, salad or rice. 

- All catering companies must be booked directly with Fitz of Inch.

- All crockery, cutlery and glassware is provided along with table decor such as tables, chairs, centre pieces, table cloths and napkins with rings.

- All dietary requirements must be stated and approved 72hrs prior to the event to ensure we have the options available.

-IHI staff are available for general assistance during this time.

- Corkage Charge for non residents: €1.50 per bottle of wine and €0.75 for alcohol cans

-You are allowed to bring in your own decorations (you must remove them afterwards) to the spaces as required however we do not allow confetti or any decoration deemed to cause harm to other guests.
